Filming in STOODIO:

At STOODIO, all your products are handled with care and tact.

We always photograph your product in a mutually agreed upon manner, and all offered prices always include the handling of the products, preparation (ironing, steaming, polishing), lighting, dressing mannequins, styling the image, photographing, naming the images according to your instructions, basic post-processing, storage and electronic delivery of the product image. Pre-agreed additional works will be billed at the current hourly rate. (from 1.1.2023 €95 / hour)

The payment terms are 50% before the shooting and 50% when the photos are delivered. The payment period is 7 days net from the date of the invoice. All prices are in euros and without value added tax (VAT 0%) Cancellation of the studio rental and/or the agreed product description less than 5 days before the event will be charged a cancellation fee of 25%, or less than 2 days 50%, of the final amount of the invoice. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours from the agreed start time, we will invoice the entire contract amount.

Use of images

We save all product images on our own server and distribute the images to our customers electronically either via Dropbox or WeTransfer or directly to the customer’s media bank.

All pictures taken by STOODIO are STOODIO’s property in accordance with the Copyright Act, and we give our customers full and unrestricted rights to use pictures taken of their own products. This right of use becomes effective on the same day the customer has paid the invoice for the description in question.

In other respects, we also follow the Finnish Law and Finfoto ry’s Standard Terms and Conditions for the Transfer of Photo and Multimedia Rights.

Renting Studio equipment:

We also rent studio equipment and the equipment/studio rental price includes free use of the selected equipment, complete styling equipment, product preparation facilities, steaming and ironing equipment, hangers, racks, coffee/tea, etc.

For VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL devices, the price also includes all original product photos that are taken during the rental period. They are delivered either as a Dropbox link or on an external memory stick. More complex or additional work ordered by us for image editing is charged €95/hour. This is always agreed in advance with the customer.

Filming in the LIVE studio:

The pricing of the StyleShoots LIVE studio is based on the time spent and the price includes free use of the StyleShoots LIVE machine, complete styling equipment, product preparation areas, steaming and ironing equipment, hangers, racks, coffee/tea, etc. In addition, the price includes a photographer who takes photos and also guides and helps you when using the LIVE machine. The price includes the selected stock color background and floor. Changing the color or material of the background will be billed according to the price list.

The price of the StyleShoots LIVE studio also includes the photos and video material. The price also includes basic editing of 20 photos per hour. If additional image manipulation is required it will be billed based on the hourly price valid at the given time. Videos and still images are delivered ready-to-use in pre-agreed recording forms and formats. The minimum equipment/studio rental time is 1 hour and the rent is always billed for the starting ½ hour periods.

Fees for used models and/or make-up are not included in studio prices.

Image editing ordered separately as additional work is billed at €95/hour (VAT 0%) and is always agreed with the customer in advance. Product freight / mailing is not included in the prices.
